Book a Collect and Return
Pick a morning or afternoon collection slot—whatever suits your day best. Once your bike’s ready, we’ll get in touch to arrange a good time to drop it back.
Just a heads-up: we do ask that you book at least a Basic Service to use our collect and return bike service.

How it works - Collect & Return Service
Need your bike repaired or serviced but can’t get to the shop? We’ve got you covered. Our Collect & Return bike service is a simple and convenient way to get your bike sorted. Here’s how it works:
Book Online
Use our booking form to select a morning (09:00–12:00) or afternoon (13:00–18:00) slot on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
Tell Us the Details
Let us know how many bikes you have, where to collect them, and what kind of work you think they might need. Not sure what your bicycle might need? We’ll take a look and recommend what’s best. You can check out our services on our Workshop page.
We Confirm the Timing
The day before, we’ll text you with a more accurate pickup time based on our driver’s route.
We Check the Bike
Once collected, our mechanics will inspect your bike and call you to go through what needs doing. We only go ahead with the work you’ve approved.
We Fix It, You Relax
We service your bike while you get on with your day.
We Drop It Back
When the work is done, we’ll be in touch to arrange bike return time and send your invoice. You can pay securely online or over the phone. Your bike comes back ready to ride.
